MetroTrack allows users to request deletion of their account and associated data.

To request account deletion, please email us at:

support@metrotrack.in

Use the subject line:

"Delete My MetroTrack Account"

In your email, please include the email address or phone number associated with your MetroTrack account.

What happens next:

  • Your account and associated data (including reminders and preferences) will be permanently deleted.
  • Deletion will be completed within 30 days.
  • Some data may be retained if required by law or for security purposes.
